Andrew is the head of Canadian fixed-income trading, and, in this role, he is responsible for trading Canadian fixed-income securities, as well as overseeing currency overlays and interest-rate derivative positions, for client mandates. In addition, he’s a key contributor to the team’s overall fixed-income strategy, providing analysis of the North American economy and fixed-income markets. His prior roles on the team included high-yield and convertible securities analyst and portfolio manager.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked as an economist at the Bank of Nova Scotia. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Derivative Market Specialist designations.
