David Van

David is responsible for transaction origination, execution, and portfolio management of real estate private equity and subordinated debt investments, including direct investments and fund investments. He has over 25 years of real estate-related research, lending, and investment experience in Canada and the United States. He’s served on the advisory boards of investment funds in Canada and the United States.
