Wei Guo, CFA, CPA

Wei Guo is responsible for the analysis and reporting of enterprise values of private equity and mezzanine investments. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Manager with KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice, where his responsibilities included providing valuation and business modeling services for public and private companies. He specialized in valuation of business interests, equity and intangible assets for critical financial and economic events such as strategic planning, M&A, restructuring and reorganization, litigation, purchase price allocation, tax reporting and US GAAP / IFRS financial reporting. Prior to joining KPMG, he was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte’s Valuation and Modeling Advisory practice.
