Manulife Investment Management announces partnership with VTS Market across its US real estate portfolio

Manulife Investment Management announces the launch of VTS Market for 38 of its real estate assets within its US portfolio. VTS Market is the industry’s first integrated, online marketing platform that enables landlords and their teams to market and lease their available spaces remotely for the very first time. It provides clients with a virtual experience of available spaces through videos, 3D walkthroughs, virtual renderings, photos, and floor plans while also integrating with existing workflows and providing powerful analytics. The purpose of the platform is not to replace in-person touring but to shortlist top preferences, resulting in a more efficient user experience for the tenant, broker, and landlord.
