Revitalizing traditional development with timeless design

Clark Builders Place recently completed interior upgrades throughout common areas, including a newly renovated lobby, washrooms, and a tenant conference centre, as well as upgraded high-efficiency LED fixtures throughout tenant suites and common areas.

In a continued effort to improve the product offering, the building will receive a facelift to the exterior that will both modernize and improve the overall building operational performance, reducing energy consumption. With construction targeted for completion by the end of 2020, the project will include new sealed window units, fiberglass frames, and an insulated curtain wall system. In addition, the system will be augmented with solar panels capable of generating power for on-site consumption.

To ensure minimal interruptions to the existing tenants while simultaneously introducing an innovative system to modernize, the project team has worked collaboratively with the builder to propose a modular unitized system that will be installed over the existing concrete exterior. 

Located south of Edmonton’s downtown core, Clark Builders Place provides convenient access to major arterials and thoroughfares. The building offers excellent visibility along Calgary Trail and is surrounded by an abundance of amenities.
