Darcy partners with advisors to deliver expertise in market trends, product knowledge, and portfolio construction. He also provides strategic support and actionable insight to advisors that can help them grow their business and serve clients effectively. Anyone who’s worked with Darcy knows that his approach is rooted in trust, responsiveness, and a commitment to long-term partnerships.
Darcy has a strong background in financial services. He began his career in 2007 as an MFDA registered advisor with RBC and joined Manulife Investments in 2017 following a five-year stint in an IIROC advisory role with CIBC as a financial advisor.
Darcy earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Manitoba and holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation.
What he loves most about his work is the constant need to stay curious, disciplined, and committed to ongoing learning. This mindset carries over into his personal life, where he encourages his three children to embrace hard work and pursue their goals with the same curiosity and dedication.
When not traveling or working, Darcy and his wife can often be found in a rink for hockey or ringette, on a soccer pitch, walking their dog, or simply enjoying the outdoors together.
