Carl Evers Jr., AFM

Carl directs acquisitions and originates investment opportunities in the Pacific West to meet clients’ needs. Previously, Carl was president and founding member of Farmland Management Services (FMS) which was acquired by the firm in 2014. Prior to joining FMS in 1987, Carl farmed permanent and row cropland for Newhall Land & Farming Co. Carl has vast operational knowledge and expertise of permanent and row crops and water in the Pacific West, and a wealth of business and personal contacts. He has sourced and closed many acquisitions for clients during his tenure at the firm. Carl holds the AFM designation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
