  • Deposit option through bank bill payments

    Make deposits to new or existing contracts using online banking. Ask your advisor to learn how or refer to this guide for detailed instructions

  • Set up a one-time PAC

    Setting up a new contract or making a deposit to an existing contract? Online Transactions can be used to set up a one-time PAC (EFT) deposit. Contact your advisor to know how.

RRSP season is upon us, typically one of the busiest times of the year. Get ahead of the March 1 deadline by encouraging clients to make their contributions in January or early February. With Online Transactions (OLT) we have made it easy for you to make deposits and do it without the need to meet clients face to face. 

No need to collect signatures or print and fax forms. These processes are touchless!

*Is going digital for you?

Based on how you’re contracted, you may not be able to send documents to Manulife through Online Transactions. If you can’t use this functionality, there are still steps you can take:

  • MGA or National Account Channel advisors — contact your back office
  • MGA or National Account Channel back office — contact your relationship consultant
  • Manulife Securities advisors who sell segregated funds through Manulife Securities Insurance Inc. (MSII) — contact the Manulife Investment Management Customer Service Centre.

Even without access to send documents electronically, using Online Transactions is still a best practice to help make sure your forms are up to date and pre-filled accurately, and to save you time entering client and contract information. Complete the application or deposit form in OLT to utilize the in-good-order edits available, and mail the cheque to a Manulife office.
