Based on how you’re contracted, you may not be able to send documents to Manulife through Online Transactions. If you can’t use this functionality, there are still steps you can take:

  • MGA or National Account Channel advisors — contact your back office
  • MGA or National Account Channel back office — contact your relationship consultant
  • Manulife Securities advisors who sell segregated funds through Manulife Securities Insurance Inc. (MSII) — contact the Manulife Investment Management Customer Service Centre.

Even without access to send documents electronically, using Online Transactions is still a best practice to help make sure your forms are up to date and pre-filled accurately, and to save you time entering client and contract information.
